Requirements

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, public health, or health economics (PhD, PharmD, MD preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in HEOR, medical affairs, or outcomes research.
  • Strong understanding of health economics and market access strategy.
  • Knowledge of pharmacoeconomics and real-world evidence generation.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex matrix organizations.
  • Experience supporting product launches and publication planning.
  • Experience in neuroscience, rare disease, rheumatology, or hematology.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of HEOR and value-based evidence strategies supporting neuroscience products.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Commercial, and Integrated Product Strategy Teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between HEOR, Population Health, and Real-World Evidence teams.
  • Drive tactical HEOR initiatives, including outcomes research, real-world evidence, and health technology assessments.
  • Develop scientific communication plans, publication strategies, and evidence-based messaging.
  • Collaborate with external experts, agencies, and key opinion leaders.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with regulatory standards and governance.
  • Monitor healthcare trends and payer expectations to inform strategic recommendations.
