Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, public health, or health economics (PhD, PharmD, MD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in HEOR, medical affairs, or outcomes research.
- Strong understanding of health economics and market access strategy.
- Knowledge of pharmacoeconomics and real-world evidence generation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex matrix organizations.
- Experience supporting product launches and publication planning.
- Experience in neuroscience, rare disease, rheumatology, or hematology.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HEOR and value-based evidence strategies supporting neuroscience products.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Commercial, and Integrated Product Strategy Teams.
- Serve as a liaison between HEOR, Population Health, and Real-World Evidence teams.
- Drive tactical HEOR initiatives, including outcomes research, real-world evidence, and health technology assessments.
- Develop scientific communication plans, publication strategies, and evidence-based messaging.
- Collaborate with external experts, agencies, and key opinion leaders.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with regulatory standards and governance.
- Monitor healthcare trends and payer expectations to inform strategic recommendations.
