Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in UI/UX development or frontend engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for production-grade application development.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles including interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience building interactive and data-driven user interfaces including dashboards, tables, charts, forms, and analytical applications.
- Familiarity with modern UI libraries, responsive design methodologies, and styling frameworks.
- Knowledge of frontend integration with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Understanding of data visualization concepts and charting libraries.
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks, Git-based workflows, and modern build/deployment processes.
- Exposure to Azure deployment environments, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-based frontend hosting is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional remote environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Build and maintain scalable frontend architectures, reusable UI components, and design systems.
- Develop data-rich interfaces including dashboards, analytical views, forms, filters, and interactive reporting tools.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend systems and RESTful APIs while managing asynchronous data flows efficiently.
- Implement client-side state management and seamless navigation across application modules.
- Contribute to frontend code quality through testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility, usability, responsiveness, and security standards.
- Participate in deployment processes and continuous improvement initiatives for frontend applications and user experiences.
