Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in new product or technology development.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science; MBA/MIS/MS desired.
- Proven ability to lead technical strategy and influence stakeholders.
- Strong experience in CI/CD practices and operating production systems.
- Experience with security data and analytics engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud-native logging and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of automation practices in platform engineering.
Responsibilities
- Define reference architecture and technical standards for AI enablement services and ecosystem integrations.
- Establish engineering standards for code quality, test-driven development, and secure software engineering practices.
- Engineer guardrails for AI-assisted workflows ensuring secure-by-default configurations.
- Ensure ingestion and transformation processes are reliable, performant, and defensible.
- Define integration contracts for tooling operations and automate their configuration.
- Ensure platform services have runbooks and repeatable remediation patterns.
- Coach engineers and provide technical oversight on design decisions.
