Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in workforce planning or human capital consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements.
  • Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessment methodologies.
  • Strong experience developing executive-level briefings.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall project leadership and governance, ensuring successful execution of all tasks.
  • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Lead client engagement and executive communication, delivering briefings and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee future workforce demand analyses in line with modernization initiatives.
  • Ensure quality and integration of workforce supply assessments.
  • Guide development of human capital solutions and program roadmaps.
  • Manage risk, scope, budget, and performance metrics.
  • Mentor and supervise junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
