Requirements
- Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in workforce planning or human capital consulting.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements.
- Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessment methodologies.
- Strong experience developing executive-level briefings.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall project leadership and governance, ensuring successful execution of all tasks.
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule.
- Lead client engagement and executive communication, delivering briefings and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee future workforce demand analyses in line with modernization initiatives.
- Ensure quality and integration of workforce supply assessments.
- Guide development of human capital solutions and program roadmaps.
- Manage risk, scope, budget, and performance metrics.
- Mentor and supervise junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
