Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the assigned area Leadership Team
- Provide financial and strategic support for product development, Mergers and Acquisitions, and transformational efforts
- Collaborate with other Finance functions to ensure effective decision making
- Lead cross-functional team meetings
- Build and mentor staff
- Identify and direct the development of business and financial models and reports
- Facilitate the business management process
- Design programs to promote financial literacy
