- Proficiency in managing and forecasting large renewal portfolios accurately.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience with technology improvements, including automation and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global renewals strategy to enhance customer retention and revenue.
- Build scalable renewal processes that increase efficiency and predictability while mitigating churn risk.
- Lead a high-performing global renewals team, providing mentoring and development.
- Own the full renewal motion for annual and multi-year contracts.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Deliver accurate renewal forecasts and detailed reporting.
- Champion a customer-first renewal experience and serve as the escalation point for complex renewals.
