- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for individual initiatives across marketing, communications, technology, or content workstreams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, task trackers, and status reports.
- Coordinate day-to-day work across internal teams and external partners.
- Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives.
- Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships at the project level.
- Maintain project documentation including meeting notes and decision logs.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
