Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in cloud engineering or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in both AWS and Azure.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash/Shell, and PowerShell.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and operational ownership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated VM provisioning workflows across Azure and AWS.
- Manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines integrated with ServiceNow.
- Develop Python service applications for request transformation and CMDB integration.
- Author and maintain Terraform configurations for infrastructure.
- Maintain cross-account OIDC federation across GitHub Actions, AWS, and Azure.
- Design, build, and harden OS golden images for Azure and AWS.
- Support multiple OS families including Windows, RHEL, and Ubuntu.
- Maintain Packer templates for multi-region image creation.
- Handle ServiceNow incidents and ensure platform reliability.
