Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience with microservice architectures and REST APIs
- Strong proficiency in SQL data modeling
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging production issues
- English language proficiency (B2+)
- Strong product-level architectural thinking
- Ability to work independently without detailed specifications
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend features with TypeScript and Node.js
- Build and maintain REST APIs with a focus on consistency
- Perform SQL data modeling and manage database migrations
- Conduct technical spikes to resolve architectural ambiguity
- Own services end-to-end including production support
- Investigate and debug production incidents
- Improve system observability using logs and metrics
- Review code and mentor mid-level team members
