Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or related field
- 8–10+ years in analytics roles, including 3+ years leading projects
- Strong SQL proficiency (ANSI/T-SQL)
- Experience with Azure Data Stack (Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse/Fabric)
- Proficiency in Databricks (Spark/SQL, notebooks, performance tuning)
- Applied R skills (tidyverse/ggplot2)
- Python for data wrangling and automation
- Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, semantic models)
- Experience with Git-based versioning workflows
- Proven executive storytelling and stakeholder partnership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead high‑impact analytics initiatives from problem framing through delivery
- Partner with business leaders to identify analytics opportunities and deliver actionable insights
- Develop analytics products and solutions using Databricks, modern Business and Artificial Intelligence tools and Agile principles
- Implement advanced analytics using Python
- Architect and publish trusted Power BI datasets and dashboards
- Build performant Databricks workflows and automate recurring analyses
- Define and monitor KPIs and create executive scorecards
- Coach and mentor analysts and BI developers
