Requirements
- Active and verifiable Ohio counseling licenses of LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LICDC, LCDC III
- License in state of residence if it is not Ohio
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Experience with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
- Passionate about supporting individuals in recovery
- Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Reliable internet
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care
- Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum
- Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state regulations
