- 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically with Laravel 8 and above
- Experience with Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder
- Experience with testing tools, such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright
- Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful API in Laravel
- Experience with frontend development (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, etc)
- Bonus points if you have experience with Tailwind CSS
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
- Ability to identify with Bluelight's clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude
- Forensic attention to detail
