Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience developing full-stack, cloud-native applications.
- Practical Python experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and React.
- Experience building distributed, event-driven systems and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with message queues such as SNS/SQS, EventBridge, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, or equivalent).
- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to maintain daily overlap with the US team until at least 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.
- Build cloud-native applications supporting patient registration, scheduling, provider workflows, and clinical operations.
- Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party healthcare platforms including Athenahealth and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and QA engineers throughout the SDLC.
- Develop secure, HIPAA-compliant applications following healthcare security practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure automation.
