Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a live chat environment
  • Reliable internet connection
  • PC or laptop
  • Ability to commit to an agreed weekly schedule
  • Good understanding of Roblox and the creator community
  • Comfortable working independently as part of a remote team
  • Minimum age of 14 years
  • Willingness to uphold core values and conduct professionally
  • Previous experience in customer support or live chat (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Kovix, Google or UK GDPR principles (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to live chat enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist users with account setup, invoice creation and payment queries
  • Guide users through Kovix features including line items, AI tools and Pro plan functionality
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member
  • Identify and troubleshoot common platform issues reported by users
  • Maintain a positive, welcoming tone that reflects our People First value
  • Stay up to date with Kovix features, updates and policies
  • Gather user feedback and relay it to the wider team
