Requirements
- Fluent written English
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a live chat environment
- Reliable internet connection
- PC or laptop
- Ability to commit to an agreed weekly schedule
- Good understanding of Roblox and the creator community
- Comfortable working independently as part of a remote team
- Minimum age of 14 years
- Willingness to uphold core values and conduct professionally
- Previous experience in customer support or live chat (desirable)
- Familiarity with Kovix, Google or UK GDPR principles (advantage)
Responsibilities
- Respond to live chat enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist users with account setup, invoice creation and payment queries
- Guide users through Kovix features including line items, AI tools and Pro plan functionality
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member
- Identify and troubleshoot common platform issues reported by users
- Maintain a positive, welcoming tone that reflects our People First value
- Stay up to date with Kovix features, updates and policies
- Gather user feedback and relay it to the wider team
