Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for complex web application platforms
- Experience performing manual testing and executing scripted test cases
- Experience with security testing, integration testing, API testing, end-to-end testing, and load testing
- Experience with Mobile application testing, browser compatibility, and accessibility testing experience
- Experience in identifying, analyzing, documenting, and reporting test results
- Experience in writing SQL queries (DQL)
- Exposure to JMeter, BlazeMeter
- Exposure to GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to testing multilingual applications
- Good interpersonal skills to work with developers in an agile environment
- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
- English language proficiency (oral and written)
Responsibilities
- Work within an agile team to ensure the quality of complex .NET and Angular based Web and mobile applications
- Test applications in multilingual setup
- Execute functional test scripts and analyze bugs for systems in development
- Perform manual testing on a variety of browsers and operating systems
- Work closely with developers to recognize the potential for any operational issues, assess risks, and resolve issues proactively
- Perform load testing using a variety of tools as per industry standards and suggest solutions for performance issues
- Perform API testing using Postman and similar tools
- Record defect details and create reports outlining the types of defects found and the steps taken to resolve them and update the regression test framework
- Maintain knowledgebase documentation in SharePoint
