- At least 10 years of growing responsibility in R&D technical engineering roles or a PhD in a relevant engineering discipline with 5 years of industry experience, with extensive, successful experience in product development.
- Demonstrated track record of leadership and delivering results.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams.
- Experience building organizational capability through coaching, training, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, influencing senior leaders, and driving alignment across diverse business groups.

Responsibilities
- Accelerate the Product Lifecycle (PLC) across the organization by driving a single enterprise-wide best-practice of the electrical engineering ecosystem with standardized frameworks and governance.
- Lead training, coaching, and change management to ensure adoption across all business groups.
- Use KPIs and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain enterprise-level electrical engineering standards, tools, test methods, and design frameworks.
- Lead the Electrical engineering Leadership Forum to drive alignment and best-practice sharing.
- Partner with product and technology leaders to strengthen technical rigor and innovative culture.
- Manage and modernize the end-to-end digital development tool chain and ensure enterprise modular design and hardware reuse.
- Establish a electrical engineering design hub to enable scalable, high-quality engineering support.
- Drive engineering initiatives to optimize development costs, architectural design deployment, accelerate time-to-market and effective transfer into manufacturing.
- Optimize designs for supply chain stability and continued post-market production.
