Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of enterprise systems development experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with at least two of: NetSuite (SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics), Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows), or Bullhorn.
- Strong API design and integration experience, including REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven patterns.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, master data management, and data governance within ERP and CRM environments.
- Working knowledge of at least one iPaaS or automation platform (n8n, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, Make).
- Experience with ERP or CRM migration projects is strongly preferred.
- Active certifications in SuiteCloud Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer, or Bullhorn Marketplace Partner programs are preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Supabase, or modern data warehouse patterns is a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or staffing industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.1, RESTlets, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Build and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Design and implement Bullhorn customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Design, document, and maintain clean REST APIs.
- Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, Pardot, Clay, Fireflies, and other platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using n8n and similar iPaaS platforms.
- Lead technical execution of the Zenople-to-Bullhorn data migration.
- Enforce data modeling, master data, and referential integrity standards across enterprise systems.
- Establish data quality checks, audit trails, and governance practices.
- Partner with operating-company leaders, system administrators, and external platform partners.
