Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the technology strategy aligning with business goals.
- Oversee the entire engineering lifecycle including product development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Lead recruitment and development of high-performing engineering teams.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
- Manage the transition towards AI-native development practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective product releases.
