Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or patient support sector.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a management role.
- Experience with direct provider and patient interaction.
- Strong knowledge of case management and patient access services.
- Demonstrated success in hiring and managing high performing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of case managers, ensuring their development and performance.
- Oversee workload management to ensure adequate patient and physician office coverage.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the patient/provider experience.
- Establish strong partnerships with Central Operations for CRM optimization.
- Monitor team performance and compliance with established KPIs and SLAs.
- Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding case management.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage a team of supervisors overseeing case managers to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives for performance enhancement.
