  • Understanding of FDA medical device regulations and quality systems.
  • Unwavering ethics, integrity, and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global commercial marketing strategy for the Evoke SCS System.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into clear commercial priorities and execution plans.
  • Own and evolve the Evoke™ value proposition based on clinical evidence and technology leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to align downstream strategy with field execution.
  • Develop sales enablement tools and customer-facing campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Oversee commercialization for new indications and major product initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs linked to adoption and utilization; optimize performance management.
  • Lead competitive intelligence strategy and response planning.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and external partners.
  • Coordinate with Medical Affairs for integrated commercial execution.
  • Ensure compliance and excellence across major commercial initiatives.
  • Drive accountability and cross-functional alignment in downstream projects.
