- Proven success in launching and scaling complex therapies.
- Executive presence with influencing capabilities over senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in performance metrics.
- Understanding of FDA medical device regulations and quality systems.
- Unwavering ethics, integrity, and sound decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global commercial marketing strategy for the Evoke SCS System.
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear commercial priorities and execution plans.
- Own and evolve the Evoke™ value proposition based on clinical evidence and technology leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to align downstream strategy with field execution.
- Develop sales enablement tools and customer-facing campaigns to drive engagement.
- Oversee commercialization for new indications and major product initiatives.
- Establish KPIs linked to adoption and utilization; optimize performance management.
- Lead competitive intelligence strategy and response planning.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and external partners.
- Coordinate with Medical Affairs for integrated commercial execution.
- Ensure compliance and excellence across major commercial initiatives.
- Drive accountability and cross-functional alignment in downstream projects.
