- Demonstrated success in hiring and managing high performing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Excellent leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of case managers, ensuring their development and performance
- Oversee workload management to ensure adequate patient and physician office coverage
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the patient/provider experience
- Establish strong partnerships with Central Operations for CRM optimization
- Monitor team performance and compliance with established KPIs and SLAs
- Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding case management
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure operational excellence
- Manage a team of supervisors overseeing case managers to ensure alignment with objectives
- Facilitate training and development initiatives for performance enhancement
