Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of client service experience; supporting one or more financial advisors highly preferred
  • Financial licensing is not required, however a plus
  • Experience working with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.) not required, however a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring all service requests, inquiries, and administrative needs are handled with accuracy and care.
  • Manage account administration, including onboarding, transfers, maintenance, and coordination with custodians and third-party providers.
  • Prepare thoroughly for client meetings by doing basic data entry and organizing documentation, reports, and planning materials.
  • Participate actively in client meetings, capturing detailed notes, providing in-meeting support, and reinforcing the firm’s client-first culture.
  • Drive post-meeting execution by tracking, coordinating, and completing action items in collaboration with advisors, custodians, and clients.
  • Maintain organized, compliant client records and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple business lines to create a cohesive advisor and client experience.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives by preparing and submitting materials for compliance review.
  • Use RegEd to route marketing and client communication pieces through the required compliance process.
  • Track approvals and ensure all communications align with regulatory requirements and firm standards.
