- Minimum 4 years of experience with HubSpot CRM
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Operations Hub
- Minimum 4 years of experience with workflows and automations
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Node.js
- Minimum 4 years of experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
- Minimum 4 years of experience with REST APIs & webhooks
- Strong understanding of API architecture
- Strong understanding of OAuth & authentication
- Strong understanding of middleware systems
- Strong understanding of data synchronization
- Strong understanding of error handling & retry systems
- Strong understanding of automation pipelines
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Firebase, and serverless infrastructure
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to document systems clearly and manage production-level integrations
- Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift
- Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced HubSpot workflows and automations
- Develop custom-coded workflow actions
- Configure and optimize Operations Hub
- Create scalable CRM automation systems
- Manage custom objects, pipelines, associations, and data structures
- Troubleshoot workflow failures and sync issues
- Improve CRM operational efficiency and automation reliability
- Build custom integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms
- Develop backend services using Node.js
- Work extensively with REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, Authentication systems, Data mapping & synchronization
- Create scalable middleware and automation services
- Monitor and maintain integration reliability
- Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Work with Cloud Functions, Serverless infrastructure, Firebase, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub
- Optimize cloud-based automation systems
