Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing (DTC or subscription experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, including publishers, networks, and commerce media dynamics.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, or CJ.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Amplitude to interpret performance data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Interest in outdoor activities and alignment with a mission-driven consumer brand is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing program, including onboarding, communication, and campaign execution.
  • Identify, recruit, and activate new affiliate partners to support growth and expand brand reach across markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term engagement and performance optimization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using data tools to generate insights and forecasts.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations to improve campaigns and overall program strategy.
  • Execute affiliate activities through platforms such as Impact, including tracking, promotions, and partner coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Growth, Product, Brand, Lifecycle, Paid Media) to align affiliate efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging partnership opportunities, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
