Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing (DTC or subscription experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, including publishers, networks, and commerce media dynamics.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, or CJ.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Amplitude to interpret performance data.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Interest in outdoor activities and alignment with a mission-driven consumer brand is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate marketing program, including onboarding, communication, and campaign execution.
- Identify, recruit, and activate new affiliate partners to support growth and expand brand reach across markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term engagement and performance optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using data tools to generate insights and forecasts.
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations to improve campaigns and overall program strategy.
- Execute affiliate activities through platforms such as Impact, including tracking, promotions, and partner coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Growth, Product, Brand, Lifecycle, Paid Media) to align affiliate efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging partnership opportunities, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
