Requirements
- High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Previous experience with medical device/OR sales is a plus.
- Strong understanding of clinical environments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact across MDT account teams.
- Lead the creation and execution of account-level contractual strategies.
- Optimize contracts and drive category expansion across Surgical.
- Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and utilization of all Surgical Center of Technology products.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with field distribution partners.
- Maximize partnership programs and account intelligence.
