- 10–12+ years of progressive finance experience with a focus on commercial finance and GTM
- Proven track record of collaboration with Sales and Marketing in high-growth environments
- Expertise in revenue modeling, forecasting, and understanding SaaS dynamics preferred
- Experience in fast-paced, private equity-backed environments is essential
- Ability to build scalable processes and drive operational excellence
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- High proficiency with financial systems and data analytics
- AI/automation experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Shape GTM strategy by identifying investment opportunities and maximizing growth returns
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to drive performance using data insights
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions on pricing, segmentation, and investment allocations
- Lead revenue forecasting and build scalable revenue models for execution and long-term planning
- Conduct GTM business reviews and establish KPIs to drive accountability and transparency
- Champion AI and analytics to enhance forecasting and decision-making processes
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team aligned with GTM priorities
