Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on Frontend
- Knowledgeable and experienced with micro-service architecture
- Comfortable with high-availability concepts
- Highly proficient in JavaScript and ES6+
- Thoroughly experienced with React, SASS, Redux, build tools and the core principles surrounding these
- Some backend experience to be able to run the app locally via NodeJS, with MongoDB, configuring ports and local environment
- Familiar with modern front-end pipelines and tools
- Experienced with RESTful and RPC-based APIs
- Interest in bringing diverse, innovative applications to life
- Interest in modernising and optimising different web applications
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to work on the development of the Bitfinex KYC webapps.
- Create innovative new features in order to provide the most professional KYC experience for customers and compliance officers.
- Ensure the web application remains effortlessly smooth, responsive, and real-time for customers as the platform continues to scale.
- Build beautiful reactive applications and trading tools.
- Learn the domain-related logic and condition-based logic, including the one based on difference between multiple users scenarios and combinations of factors.
- Debug hidden/hard to find issues when needed, with advanced usage of browser debugging tools, including network, source, stop points etc.
