Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant with strong functional expertise.
- Proven experience delivering at least two full-cycle SAP SD implementations.
- Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Retail industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of SAP integration with other modules such as MM, FI, and related systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, self-driven setup.
- Commerce or business-related educational background is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally based on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP SD implementation and enhancement projects, with a focus on retail industry processes where applicable.
- Conduct detailed business analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into functional SAP SD solutions.
- Facilitate client workshops to capture, document, and validate business needs and process flows.
- Design, configure, and customize SAP SD modules based on business requirements.
- Identify system gaps, propose workarounds, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and support end-to-end testing activities.
- Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide user training, support, and guidance as required.
- Work independently on assigned tasks while contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.
