- 5+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing teams in complex operational environments
- Experience working with BPO partners and cross-functional operational teams
- Strong background in healthcare, pharmacy, or similarly regulated industries
- Proficiency with workforce management and analytics tools (e.g., Genesys, Verint, reporting platforms)
- Advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, and data-driven reporting environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (10+ years in workforce management considered equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end workforce management strategy, overseeing scheduling, forecasting alignment, and real-time adherence (RTA) functions across multi-disciplinary healthcare and pharmacy operations.
- Design and optimize dynamic scheduling models that ensure compliance with regulatory staffing ratios, licensure requirements, and service-level agreements.
- Direct intraday and real-time operations, including escalation protocols and rapid workforce reallocation during volume spikes, outages, or staffing gaps.
- Manage staffing efficiency strategies, including shrinkage planning, shift bidding, and flexible labor models to balance capacity and demand.
- Oversee performance monitoring and analytics, ensuring accurate dashboards, reporting, and insights into utilization, occupancy, and SLA performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with pharmacy operations, BPO partners, and leadership teams to resolve staffing constraints and improve execution consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workforce trends, identifying inefficiencies, and optimizing scheduling and RTA processes.
