Requirements
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Experience with Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or PySpark
- Familiarity with data notebooks such as Jupyter or Google Colab
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
- Strong ability in data storytelling, translating analysis into actionable business insights
- Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and enterprise AI applications
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work autonomously in fast-changing environments
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with data products, governance, risk, or compliance is a plus
- Experience in metrics-driven and data-informed environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and integrate data from multiple AI-related sources, including logs, events, and usage metrics
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, risks, and adoption behaviors related to AI tools
- Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards that translate complex datasets into clear and actionable insights
- Collaborate with product teams to define key metrics, dimensions, and events for AI monitoring and governance
- Document business rules, data requirements, and KPI logic to ensure traceability and data governance standards
- Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a structured and clear manner
- Support product evolution through data-driven analysis, experimentation, and continuous feedback loops
