Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP, ECM, or enterprise integration consulting with client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong experience with SAP environments (ECC and/or S/4HANA), including document management concepts such as ArchiveLink or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with ECM platforms such as OpenText, SharePoint Online, FileNet, Box, or similar solutions.
- Solid technical background in databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2) and integration technologies (APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON).
- Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple technical workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, manage priorities, and work in dynamic consulting environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP and ECM migration and integration activities, including analysis of existing client systems, data structures, and content models to define effective migration strategies.
- Design, execute, and monitor content migrations from legacy ECM platforms to modern repositories while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
- Configure and implement SAP-integrated solutions (including SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments) with a focus on document management and workflow integration.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure successful system transitions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across ERP, ECM, and integration layers, minimizing business disruption and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Participate in client workshops to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into technical implementation plans.
- Support project planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with sales, architects, developers, and project managers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation while contributing to reusable implementation patterns and process improvements.
