Requirements
- Strong experience in solutions architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting roles within cloud or distributed systems environments.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems design, application architecture, and modern development practices.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Go, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP, with the ability to build prototypes and technical solutions.
- Experience working with major cloud providers and familiarity with cloud-native services and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of production system requirements including scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and contribute to deal strategy, scoping, and technical validation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- Experience in developer-focused platforms, open-source ecosystems, or workflow orchestration technologies.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to evaluate application fit and guide adoption of the platform within complex technical environments.
- Educate stakeholders on platform capabilities, benefits, and limitations, providing clear technical guidance and architectural recommendations.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with engineering leaders and key decision-makers to drive long-term adoption and expansion.
- Partner with account executives to develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
- Design and deliver technical demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions to showcase platform value.
- Support customers in building, deploying, and scaling production applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Position the platform effectively against alternative technologies and architectures through competitive analysis and technical differentiation.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights to influence roadmap and feature development.
