Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, KPI development, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience working with healthcare systems, clinical workflows, or electronic health record platforms.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and regulatory environments.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and executive-level narratives.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across finance, clinical, and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, leveraging data insights to guide operational transformation and business growth.
  • Own P&L responsibilities for Ambulatory & EEG services, including forecasting, investment planning, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain advanced KPI dashboards, data models, and business intelligence tools in collaboration with analytics and IT teams.
  • Lead the modernization of clinical payroll and compensation systems, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and monthly executive reporting.
  • Identify data quality issues, reporting gaps, and operational inefficiencies, implementing corrective strategies.
  • Drive operational performance monitoring across provider readiness, implementation timelines, and service delivery metrics.
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes that integrate clinical, financial, and operational considerations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure leadership teams have timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, ensuring strong performance management, coaching, and team alignment.
