Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience working with digital banking channels
  • Hands-on experience with the Q2 digital banking platform (mandatory)
  • Strong background in digital channels products (online banking, mobile banking, etc.)
  • Experience supporting the implementation or evolution of digital banking solutions
  • Ability to work effectively across business and technology functions
  • Strong communication skills and proven autonomy in delivery
  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing evolution of digital banking channels, including online and mobile banking
  • Configure, customize, and enhance solutions built on the Q2 digital banking platform
  • Contribute to solution design and execution to meet business, functional, and user experience requirements
  • Act as a hybrid functional/technical consultant, working across business and technology teams
  • Translate business requirements into functional or technical solutions within the digital banking platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement across digital channels
  • Deliver assigned workstreams independently with minimal supervision
  • Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and optimization of digital channel capabilities
  • Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
