Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong experience with IaC (Terraform/Pulumi) and Configuration Management.
- Deep understanding of Docker and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/ECS).
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go for automation tasks.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for collaboration with US-based clients.
- Mandatory experience in nearshore/offshore client-facing startup cultures.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable cloud environments using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Build and optimize automated deployment pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to ensure 24/7 system health.
- Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) into the delivery lifecycle, managing SSL, IAM, and data encryption.
- Support engineering teams by troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and promoting a culture of high-velocity delivery.
