Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project management within technology or software development environments.
- Strong technical background in full-stack web development, particularly .NET, C#, SQL Server, React, and Node.js.
- Experience working with cloud environments, with AWS knowledge considered a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate technical teams and drive project outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience as a technical coordinator or team lead is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate development teams working on full-stack web applications using .NET, C#, React, Node.js, and SQL Server.
- Act as the main liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
- Oversee development deliverables, ensuring quality standards and adherence to technical and functional requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing dependencies and potential issues.
- Support agile or hybrid delivery environments, ensuring efficient workflows and team collaboration.
