Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 70+ individuals, both clinical and non-clinical.
  • Identify future operational needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Oversee clinical components across Care Advocacy Services.
  • Communicate effectively with leaders on clinical and operational matters.
  • Partner with product and tech teams to ensure effective technical releases.
  • Facilitate monthly budget reviews and manage operational costs.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and understanding within the team.
