Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management, organizational management, computer science, or other relevant field
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining project management tools and processes
  • Knowledge of best practices and standards for software development and documentation and an understanding of SDLC
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and clients
  • Skills in problem-solving, and risk management
  • English language proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong skills in working with MS Office toolkit (Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Salesforce CRM experience will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to collect, verify, and update project information and status
  • Assist the project managers/delivery head in planning, monitoring, and controlling the project portfolio and resource allocation
  • Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations using various tools and platforms
  • Work with the internal knowledge base to document and share best practices, lessons learned, and project methodologies
  • Conduct research and analysis on project management trends, benchmarks, and standards
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Ensure compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and quality standards for project management
  • Write clear and concise business process descriptions and diagrams for the project organization
  • Formulate improvement requests for internal systems based on business process analysis
  • Create the PPT Presentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support ongoing PMO initiatives and operational tasks, ensuring processes run efficiently
  • Onboard new PMs to the system and assist them in navigating PMO processes, tools, and procedures
