Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, organizational management, computer science, or other relevant field
- Experience in implementing and maintaining project management tools and processes
- Knowledge of best practices and standards for software development and documentation and an understanding of SDLC
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and clients
- Skills in problem-solving, and risk management
- English language proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong skills in working with MS Office toolkit (Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Salesforce CRM experience will be a plus
Responsibilities
- Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to collect, verify, and update project information and status
- Assist the project managers/delivery head in planning, monitoring, and controlling the project portfolio and resource allocation
- Create and maintain project reports, dashboards, and presentations using various tools and platforms
- Work with the internal knowledge base to document and share best practices, lessons learned, and project methodologies
- Conduct research and analysis on project management trends, benchmarks, and standards
- Provide administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Ensure compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and quality standards for project management
- Write clear and concise business process descriptions and diagrams for the project organization
- Formulate improvement requests for internal systems based on business process analysis
- Create the PPT Presentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Support ongoing PMO initiatives and operational tasks, ensuring processes run efficiently
- Onboard new PMs to the system and assist them in navigating PMO processes, tools, and procedures
