  • Proven track record of effective growth marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity and communication software.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in startup environments or interest in the cannabis industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of all paid media channels, including sponsored content, search, display, and social advertising.
  • Negotiate and execute high-impact sponsorships to maximize brand reach and lead flow.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and personalized content.
  • Devise ROI-driven strategies for landing pages and funnels using A/B testing and heatmapping.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure low customer acquisition costs while scaling volume.
  • Implement AI-driven tools to automate content production and enhance lead scoring accuracy.
  • Create and manage automated email sequences to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize data modeling to identify trends in lead behavior and optimize campaign timing.
  • Lead the organic growth roadmap focusing on technical site health and strategic link-building.
  • Oversee the production of industry assets, including whitepapers and compliance reports.
