Requirements
- 8+ years of revenue accounting experience in an enterprise software environment
- Proven experience with ASC 606, ASC 340, and US GAAP technical areas
- Public accounting experience (Big 4 or similar) required for at least 5 years
- Technical accounting expertise is essential, with operational experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, G-Suite, Salesforce, and SAP S/4Hana
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end revenue recognition process, ensuring adherence under ASC 606
- Partner with sales operations and general accounting to manage invoicing and deferred revenue recognition
- Lead month-end close activities including revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations to assess contracts and revenue implications
- Maintain audit readiness through robust technical accounting documentation and controls
- Utilize systems like SAP S/4Hana and Salesforce to enhance revenue process automation
