Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Ecommerce experience is essential.
- Proven judgment on trade-offs between perfection and timely delivery.
- Deep understanding of UX principles and journey mapping.
- Strong command of Figma, including components and layouts.
- Experience building or contributing to a design system in production.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and MarTech systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools to inform design decisions.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Monday.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process from research to high-fidelity UI.
- Design and optimize experiences for eCommerce customers and internal users.
- Plan and conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing.
- Build and extend the design system by contributing scalable components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Communicate design decisions effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Maintain brand integrity across all digital platforms while innovating in visual identity.
- Support Agile/Scrum workflows and deliver iterative improvements.
