Requirements
- Has had direct responsibility over what is built.
- Can explain clearly what was developed, how it works, and why it was designed that way.
- Has worked in real contexts (production, incidents, pressure, ambiguity).
- Can make decisions and move forward without constant dependence on others.
- Communicates clearly, directly, and structured.
- Hands-on backend experience in production.
- Proficiency in REST APIs + security.
- Experience with AWS applied in production.
- Knowledge of design patterns.
- Ability to write clean and maintainable code.
- Functional knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
- Experience developing APIs in production (Node, Python, C#, Java).
- Design of REST APIs (endpoints, validations, error handling).
- Implementation of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2 or similar).
- Database management (SQL and/or NoSQL).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate backend services in production within a corporate AWS environment.
- Ensure services are correctly designed to be consumed by React/Next applications.
- Build backend services that feed frontend applications.
- Understand the impact of code on the complete system.
- Take technical decisions and understand their impact.
- Develop APIs in production (Node, Python, C#, Java).
