Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience in Java Backend development (Java 17+, SE, and EE).
- Advanced proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Reactive Programming.
- Solid experience with ReactJS for building modern, candidate-centric user interfaces.
- Deep understanding of Software Architectures (Microservices, N-Tier) and Highly Scalable Applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystem (S3, Kinesis, RDS, Lambdas).
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases, including complex JPA and SQL optimization.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Terragrunt, and Terraform.
- Ownership mindset: Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and lead technical depth across the business.
- Advanced English: Ability to read, write, and engage in fluid technical conversations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced programming solutions using Java 17+ and Spring Boot, ensuring systems are optimized for high scalability.
- Build and conceptualize cloud-native infrastructure that enables seamless Big Data processing via streams and batches.
- Optimize existing frameworks and microservices architectures to improve performance, reliability, and JVM efficiency.
- Lead the evolution of company-level best practices, standards, and policies as they relate to modern software development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to balance business requirements with technical constraints, designing solutions that address both project and company-wide goals.
- Own the full-stack lifecycle, from crafting responsive ReactJS frontends to managing DevOps infrastructure via Terraform and Kubernetes.
