Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to understand key customer personas and needs from IT suppliers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with tools like Gainsight or ChurnZero is preferred
- Willingness to travel within U.S. (10% travel)
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with 15-25 accounts
- Ensure clients receive a seamless experience and derive measurable value
- Act as the main point of contact after the sale
- Bridge communication between clients and internal teams
- Deliver key insights that foster client engagement
- Impact growth and expansion opportunities, driving client satisfaction and business success
- Build and sustain trusted, long-term partnerships with clients by serving as a strategic advisor
- Guide new clients through a structured onboarding journey
- Represent the customer’s perspective internally by capturing feedback and collaborating with product teams
- Monitor client engagement and usage trends to anticipate challenges and address risks proactively
- Partner with Sales on renewal cycles and support success planning and ROI demonstration
