Requirements
- 1–2+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
- Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
- Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- User research or usability testing experience (preferred)
- Conversion-focused or CRO design exposure (preferred)
- Experience designing SaaS, mobile apps, or dashboards (preferred)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) (preferred)
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS concepts) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Analyze user behavior and identify experience gaps
- Create personas, user journeys, and flow diagrams
- Translate research insights into actionable design solutions
- Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes
- Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows
- Design responsive layouts across devices
- Design polished, pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles
- Create reusable UI components and patterns
- Build and maintain scalable design systems
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions
- Partner with product managers and developers
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
