3–4+ years of IB or Corporate Finance experience at a top international bank (bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top-tier global advisory).
Associate level
Sector agnostic.
Strong modelling skills
Strong valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comps, precedents).
Excellent written communication
Attention to detail.
Real intellectual curiosity about AI in finance.

Responsibilities

Build realistic, deal-relevant scenarios, the kind of work you'd assign to a first-year analyst, and test AI outputs against the standards of a real deal team.
Compare human vs. machine judgment: Identify where AI reasoning breaks down on valuation, accounting nuance, and transaction structuring.
Design frameworks: Translate banker intuition; how you stress assumptions, navigate ambiguity in financials, and pressure-test management projections, into problems that challenge frontier AI.
Construct expert benchmarks: Build and annotate real-world DCFs, LBOs, comps, and live deal cases used to evaluate AI systems.
