- Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on component-based architectures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions and long-term strategies
- Experience defining vision, driving initiatives, and leading change within cross-functional teams
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to experiment and innovate in design workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous evolution of the design system, ensuring scalability and long-term value
- Design, build, and maintain reusable components, patterns, and comprehensive documentation for consistent product development
- Establish strong collaboration frameworks between design and front-end engineering teams to improve workflows and ownership
- Drive adoption of the design system across teams through advocacy, training, and support
- Contribute to product development by designing and delivering features end-to-end, from research to high-fidelity execution
- Explore and integrate AI tools and methodologies to enhance design processes and innovation
- Influence stakeholders and foster a culture of systems thinking and continuous improvement
