Responsibilities

  • Oversee large utility-scale solar projects across the continental United States
  • Support developers and power companies on significant solar projects
  • Drive effective project delivery and foster growth opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ensure high standards of project quality and safety
  • Assist in developing project chart of accounts
  • Assist in developing detailed CPM construction schedule
  • Maintain thorough understanding of the contract
  • Generate project status reports
  • Coordinate buyouts and negotiate subcontracts
  • Manage purchase orders
  • Monitor project labor for compliance with schedule and budget
  • Establish and lead the on-site Quality Management process
  • Oversee the pay request process and job cost reports
  • Ensure project quality
  • Implement safety programs
  • Train and monitor progress of project labor and staff
  • Review and approve material orders and installation plans
  • Develop and lead project close-out processes
