Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience in software development and application engineering roles
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise application development
Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience integrating AI capabilities into applications
Experience working with SQL databases and data-driven application architectures
Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum-based delivery models
Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and global engineering environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a focus on quality delivery
Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership within teams

Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade applications using Power Platform technologies and modern software engineering practices
Design and develop applications and AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies
Build, optimize, and maintain application components, databases, and backend logic
Enhance and refactor existing applications to improve performance, scalability, and usability
Translate client and stakeholder requirements into robust technical solutions and application designs
Conduct extensive testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, error-free application delivery
Collaborate with technical stakeholders and clients to define requirements, constraints, and system interfaces
Produce detailed technical documentation following established engineering standards
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers and team members
