- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to clinical accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a distributed team
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Help shape how AI understands and supports real-world clinical reasoning, patient interactions, and healthcare delivery
- Review, label, evaluate, and refine AI systems designed to support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes
- Apply clinical expertise to help build a high-quality clinical evaluation benchmark
- Perform synthetic patient persona validation
- Conduct transcript realism and voice adherence review
- Contribute to medical rubric development
- Evaluate LLM responses
- Work independently and asynchronously through a dedicated labeling platform
